Personalize messages with merge tags

Use {name} and {phone} in campaigns, plus form placeholders in WordPress and Smart Forms.

For Campaigns and forms

   Campaigns

   In the campaign editor, insert {name} and {phone}. Preview shows a sample substitution. Recipients without a name still get the SMS — the tag is left blank or skipped depending on the field.

   Saved templates

   Open Dashboard → Templates to store reusable copy. Templates keep your Sender ID workflow consistent across Send SMS and campaigns.

   WordPress and forms

   WordPress templates use {customer_name}, {order_id}, {order_total}, and form field placeholders. Smart Forms SMS can include submitted field values in the confirmation.
