Use My reports (delivery, logins, transactions)

Account-level summaries for a date range — not the per-message log.

For Account owners and finance

   Open My reports

   Dashboard → My reports. Pick a period (for example last 7 / 30 days). The overview summarises sends, delivery, credits, and activity for that window.

   Delivery

   Open the Delivery sub-report for volume and success rates over time. Use this for client recaps; use Message results when you need a single number.

   Logins

   The Logins report shows who signed in and when — useful if several people share an organisation account.

4. 4

   Transactions

   The Transactions report lines up wallet top-ups and SMS debits. Download or print when you need an accounting pack alongside Invoices.
