Import Google Contacts into SplitSMS (Select One or Select All)

Connect Google Contacts to SplitSMS, preview every number with a phone, then import a single contact or select all—plus export SplitSMS contacts back to Google.

Your phone book already lives in Google Contacts. SplitSMS lets you import those numbers without CSV gymnastics. Open Contacts → Import, load Google Contacts, tick the rows you need—or Select all—and confirm. Only contacts with valid international phones are offered.

Selection mirrors the CSV importer you already know: review, pick individuals or everyone valid, then import. New contacts can fire your signup automations just like manual adds.

Select one or select all

Marketing teams often want every Ghana mobile in the book. Ops teams may import only a single VIP. Both flows share the same preview table with checkboxes, Select all, and Clear. Invalid rows without phones never enter your list.

After import, group contacts, tag them, and send bulk SMS or schedule campaigns from the same audience.

Export SplitSMS contacts back to Google

Need your messaging list in another team’s Google account? Select contacts in the table (or export all from the Import tab) and push them to Google Contacts with name, phone, and email when present.

v1 is one-shot import/export—not continuous two-way sync—so you stay in control of when Google is updated.

Privacy tips

Only grant Contacts scopes when you use the feature. Disconnect Google under Integrations anytime. Prefer Lists dedicated for marketing and keep staff personal numbers out of campaign groups.

Always include opt-out language on promotional SMS and honour STOP requests under Ghana messaging rules.
