Overview

Elementor Pro Forms power landing pages and lead capture. SplitSMS hooks elementor_pro/forms/new_record after form actions run, with mail_sent fallback and deduplication.

How it works with SplitSMS

  • Primary hook: elementor_pro/forms/new_record; fallback: elementor_pro/forms/mail_sent.
  • Tel field detected via Field ID (Advanced tab), field type, or auto-scan.
  • Optional per-form name filter; skip reasons sync to SplitSMS dashboard.

Setup guide

    Install SplitSMS plugin

    Requires Elementor Pro and a connected API key.

    Enable Elementor Pro

    SplitSMS → Integrations → Elementor Pro Forms.

    Set Field ID

    Add Tel field; set Field ID (e.g. phone) to match plugin settings.
