SMS from Contact Form 7, WPForms, and Elementor

Use the Forms manager for a quick toggle, or native after-submit actions for per-form control.

For WordPress forms

  1. 1

    Scan the site

Open SplitSMS → Forms and click Refresh list. The table shows Contact Form 7, WPForms, Elementor Pro, JetFormBuilder, and JetEngine legacy forms.

  2. 2

    Enable SMS on a form

Toggle Send SMS, pick the phone field (tel fields are detected), edit the message with {name}, {phone}, {form_title}, {site_name}, and field_* placeholders. Optional: send an admin copy to your admin phone. Save.

  3. 3

    Or use native actions

JetFormBuilder: Post Submit Actions → Send SMS. JetEngine legacy: Notifications → Send SMS. Elementor Pro: Actions After Submit → SplitSMS Notification. Native actions skip the duplicate global hook for that submission.

  4. 4

    Submit a test

Send a real test entry and confirm SplitSMS → Logs. If it skipped, the log names the reason (no phone field, event off, or insufficient credits).
