Crocoblock, JetEngine, and JetFormBuilder SMS

Map phone fields, write event templates, and use JetFormBuilder’s Send SMS action.

For Crocoblock sites

   Open Crocoblock settings

   In wp-admin go to SplitSMS → Crocoblock. Each module (JetEngine, JetFormBuilder, JetBooking, JetAppointment) has its own toggle — they work independently of a master switch.

   Map the phone field

   Point each module at the phone meta or form field. Edit every event template. Optional JSON rules can gate SMS on status.

   Prefer native JetFormBuilder action

   On the form, add Post Submit Actions → Send SMS. That is the recommended per-form control. JetEngine legacy forms use a Send SMS notification type.

   Reminders

   JetBooking and JetAppointment can send reminder SMS via WP-Cron before check-in or the appointment. Activity is tagged by source in WordPress logs and the SplitSMS dashboard.
