Import contacts and build groups

CSV import, tags, groups, and when to pull numbers from Google instead.

For Anyone with a list

1. 1

   Prepare a CSV

   Include a phone column. Name and email are optional. Ghana numbers should be 233… without a plus. Save as CSV UTF-8 if names include accents.

2. 2

   Import

   Open Dashboard → Contacts → Import. Map phone (and name) columns. Invalid rows are reported so you can fix them before they enter the list.

   Tag and group

   Use tags for filters (vip, staff, unpaid). Create a group and add members for campaigns. You can bulk-tag, delete, or export a CSV backup.

   Or pull from Google

   If the list already lives in Google Contacts or a Sheet, connect Google and import from there instead of downloading a CSV.
