Google Forms → SMS automation

Map a phone question, pick a Sender ID and template — new responses queue SMS in about a minute.

For Anyone already using Google Forms

  1. 1

    Connect Google with Forms scope

Open Dashboard → Integrations → Google Forms SMS. Connect Google if needed and allow Forms access.

  2. 2

Pick the form and phone question

Choose the Google Form, map the question that collects the phone, select an approved Sender ID, and write the message template.

  3. 3

    How it runs

A worker polls roughly every 45–60 seconds and queues SMS for new responses. Historical responses are skipped by default — only new answers send.

  4. 4

    Watch credits

Automations pause when the wallet cannot cover the next SMS. Top up and the automation resumes. Check Message results for each send.

Notes

  • You do not paste Apps Script. Mapping happens in the SplitSMS dashboard.
